Spring Break

It has been a restful week. Was able to get some things accomplished around the homestead. The weather cooperated for the most part, so I planted some grass where there once was trees. Strolled through Sander's Park to see the flowers starting to push their way up. No Trillium or Jack in the Pulpit, yet. Just a few tiny blue, yellow, and white wisps of hopefulness. Took a couple of country drives and saw some of the construction of  Foxconn. It is an amazingly huge plot of land they acquired. Check out this link for a story on the progress (or non-progress) of this project at: MSNBC

Supposed to have a winter storm warning for today. So far, just a few flakes. I'm sure there will be more to come... but they promised it would melt quickly.  Back to work on Monday.  It is always a whirlwind at the end of the school year. Not too many days left before summer break and a ton of things to cram in before that happens. Hope you all are doing well. I feel like we've not spoken enough lately.
