SO, here's a story I have a difficult time explaining. Tuesday at about 5 p.m. my wife got home to her house, and parked In the garage. She got out of the car and proceeded to fall down. You need to understand she Is a large woman, and not tall. She has Diabetes, Bad Back, Bad Knees, and on and on, but refuses to stop working until next June. She tried, but was unable to get up from the cement floor of the garage. She tried screaming, hitting the panic button on her key's etc. but no response. I neglected to say, she had left her cell phone home all day, so NO phone. 9-1/2 hours later at 2:39 a.m. my phone rang, and she was completely out of control, crying etc. She had somehow made It to the kitchen, and the Landline she has had for two weeks. to call me. My oldest daughter lives about 1 mile away, so I told her I would call Annie, and call her back at once. I don't know how they did It, but It couldn't have taken them 45 seconds to get from they're house to hers, and check her out, and calm her down. She wanted nothing to do with an Ambulance, or even going to the hospital, so my daughter, and son=in-law stayed all night, It was raining like crazy at the time, so I drove up In the morning, and stayed all day, until she was pretty much OK. She didn't go to work today, and they told her not to come In on Friday, so hopefully she recovers to whatever normal Is? I just thank God my daughter was so close. Two of my Granddaughters took care of her today, and I'll be with her tomorrow. "Old age ain't for sissies"
