I just got back from a trip to the library. Took a walk to the end of the causeway. While the air was warm and the lake was fairly calm, it was amazingly windy and cold on the top deck today. There was a huge barge on the horizon, making its way up the lake. Wished that I had a camera with me. Things you see every day always look better through someone else's eyes.

Wound up getting the book I wanted digitally, instead. It was available an hour later for download. Good that the view was well worth the gas to get downtown.
