I plan to watch the parade on T.V or stream it online. Air conditioning is much preferred to sitting in a crowd in the heat. And, you never know what the person next to you might decide to do. Party with family and friends will follow later. Contemplating on the Sturtevant fireworks tonight.... I have a spot for viewing that lets me sit in the car- mosquito free.
90 degrees In the sun isn't fun. I miss the parade, because we lived only a block away In the 80s, but I don't miss the heat. I don't however miss crowds of people. All I think of Is some crazy person/terrorist to eliminate a bunch of innocent people. It's all I could think of at my Granddaughter Graduation last month. All I did was watch the doors. Horrible times.
