Fun in the sun
My great niece and her mom visited a couple weeks back. They are from WI. Notice I am wearing a long sleeved sweater and they are in short sleeves! This was taken on Charlotte Harbor heading towards the Gulf of Mexico.
It is currently 6 degrees with a wind chill of -13. There is a little light snow, just to remind us that Mother Nature isn't through with us yet, in Wisconsin. Short sleeves seems ages away.
Oh my goodness. I have a friend from here who is in WI. Arrived just before the deep freeze, leaves Sunday to come home. She is frozen. Snowed out and ready to come home. You guys are really getting nailed this year.
Winter started off very mild. We had very little snow or cold through December. Now we are paying for it. Ice, snow and deadly cold seem to be our punishment. We'll make it, though. Our winter weather isn't for sissies, for sure! Lol.
