My dog used to do the same. She even knew which ones were hers. They were pre-sniffed. She would wait until I told her to get her present and then tear into it. They sure become family.
Sable was so funny on Christmas. In the middle of opening her gift, the pool went on. She started to run out with the package in her mouth to chase the “pool monster,” stopped and finally dropped it, then went to chase that invisible pool creature.
Dog's are often surprising. I spent the last 3 day's with Blue, and Bunny my wife's Weinies. Bunny won't have anything to do with me, but Blue Is my buddy.
