  1. I can hear my coffee brewing and sputtering. I can only hope it is as amazing.

Someone in the neighborhood is getting cement work done. The trucks, hydraulic noises, and loud banging of equipment has been going on for days. Surprising how many hours go into such a project. Has to be mighty costly.

  3. Hello all, checking in from the sunny west coast of Sweden. I'll have to post a few pictures in the coming days.. that goodness for a good 4g network, never too far away from friends.

  4. I'm interested in the repotting, liz. My majenta/purple orchid needs a bigger home as the roots are coming out of the pot, and it is almost tipping over. What "soil" do you repot with, and where do you find it? I think it is currently in some sort of tree bark now? Can't wait for your pictures.... Same to Why Not on the pictures. Glad you are starting your rest, and the kitchen hoopla is behind you!

I'm a couple weeks in to the vay-cay, and I finally tackled a massive clean up project today that has been on my list for maybe 2 years. I'm about half done, and I'm pooped. Hopefully, I get back at it tomorrow and finish it. It involves hardwood floors and baseboards. Bleck.

  5. I just repotted it into the pot the temp pot was sitting in. The roots are known for sticking out, tho I don't care for it as a look. They seem to like relatively smaller pots, and from what I can tell, a cactus soil mix, I got mine from Steins. Maybe Beejay can give us her expert tips, I'm still a newbie but that's what I've done :)
