Can the weather get any nicer? Mid 50's in the morning... a little chilly, but it feels GREAT! 70's-80's later in the day. Great sleeping weather. Just puttered in the garden and needed a light sweater. This is living!
Geez, I sure do like eggs. I never had a heart shaped one, and I certainly was never served on a plate that said "Darling" Mine would include coffee of course. Thinking real hard, I may have done this one or two times?
I like eggs, too. I'd prefer 2. ;> The whites look a little overdone. I usually put a very little bit of water into the pan and cover them to lightly steam- poach them.
I like my eggs scrambled on the well-done size, preferably with lots of bacon crumbled in and topped with just a touch of cheese and some fresh ground salt and pepper, yum! and a Thomas's english muffin :) I'm not a name brand snob on most things but there is something so much better about theirs, can't get enough!
