They would probably make a great Chicken soup broth with all the bones? I've seen fresh ones at the Chinese markets. Remember when you could buy Chicken Wings for about forty cents a pound? WELL perhaps the same thing will happen to Chicken Feet?
Calling them "paws" is a new one. I guess it is just what you get used to eating? Looks gross to me. Then again, I eat braunschweiger, which could crinkle someone else's nose.
FUNNY, I was just asking them at the Scratch & Dent store, If they had any Chicken Feet? They didn't, and frankly I didn't want any.
