I managed to reset my car's clock without swearing. I love the joke you posted about just waiting 6 months to avoid the frustration. I was tempted. Gadgets and gizmos get more and more complicated... and you are just supposed to know all the tricks. Nothing comes with a functional manual anymore. (new decade, old age rants, lol)
When this happened, I was befuddled. I could here my brother, Dave, saying, “ah, sis, just put a piece of black tape over it.” I was sure I had to have bumped the setting somewhere. I looked all over the steering wheel, on the dash, you name it. Finally, I went to grab my sunglasses out of one of the cup holders. Bingo, there it was!
I got lucky with my Honda as it changes the time for me. Started the car Monday it said 7:50 a.m. and then it corrected itself. That being said, my old Honda was just like everyone KK's. Hit this button while holding that one. Sheesh. Glad you don't have snow Beejay but I did talk to my niece in Boca Raton last night and we were warmer than she was. No complaints here.
The weather is beautiful looking out there, today, but it is cold. A quick update to you all.... Pritchard park is not the park you would recognize anymore. They have pretty much bulldozed the park. There are multiple buildings on site, and barely any trees. The scenery has drastically changed with the coming of the outdoor, public swimming pool. They say it will be open this summer. I'm sure the traffic and noise level with increase dramatically.
