I finally broke down and turned the air conditioning back on. This has been one of the hottest, wettest summers I can remember. Usually, this time of year we are sleeping well with the windows open and a cool, crispness to the air. Or is it just me, having a bout of the vapors? ;>
The schools have been very uncomfortable. It has been the humidity more than the temperature. Even the paper feels heavy and limp like a sponge. I'll be thrilled when I start to need a little sweater for the chill.... I lasted about 2 days, too, Toad.
