I had an old "Little Debbie" fake Crueler from the scratch and dent store, and 'McDonalds Keurig' coffee from the same place. They sell all of the expired "Little Debbie" for $1.10 and a box of 12 "Keurig" for $3.99
Had my first appointment yesterday to start the cataract surgery process. A lot of tests but no pain. Can't wait for the process to be over. I'm tired of wearing my glasses.
No breakfast for me, just Boost. Off to get my nails done.
I had a baggie of dry Maple and Brown Sugar Mini Wheats with my coffee. It hit the spot.
I saw on the news just last night that there is a new procedure for "aging" eyes and those who need "cheater" glasses. They make a small insert into the eye and put in something to reshape the lens. It takes minutes and the patient can immediately see without magnification. Still scares the you-know-what out of me. I'll keep my little secretary glasses for awhile until they perfect it. Surgery is too permanent.
Of course, cataracts are a whole different situation. I wish you the best, Okie. My mom had it done and she was thrilled with the results!

ReplyDeleteOKIE, You will do just fine. It's like having a colonoscopy without the nasty prep. A breeze, I guess.
