Hello. My cataract surgery went well and I can see again. I just can't wear makeup for the next 4 weeks (I am including the 2nd surgery in this time frame). The only way I can describe the difference is if you've ever had your eyes dilated and everything is bright, that is the result. The hard part is remembering what you can't do; like bend over, lift anything heavy. That being said I can see again!!!!
Enjoying the quiet of the weekend and being home. Although, it was everyone cut your grass day, today. So many machines running; it was amazing. I'm cooking on the grill tonight. Steaks are marinating, and I hope they are good. It has been a long time since I bought any "real" red meat. I finally did some grocery shopping, so Mother Hubbard can actually plan a meal without being excessively creative.
