Apparently I've been away. Been busy. Yesterday we were up early to go get the hubby's other eye checked after surgery. In and out in 15 minutes. Went to get my nails done, came home and 5 minutes later the A/C guy showed. It needed Freon. The gentleman also told us he could keep us cool for this summer but to be aware the unit was going on 21 so we should think about a new one next year. Hubby is in awe that he can see so well. Had cataract surgery on both eyes, along with getting his vision fixed. Last night he was gathering up glasses to which I asked why. He informed me he was going to give them away. After checking, he can drop them off across the St. at the Library and the Lions Club will take them. Nice. Lawn guys just left so on Saturday morning I won't be rudely awakened at 8:00. Life is good.
Enjoying being home where it is quiet, no drama... and no one is asking me to do uncomfortable things. I just ate a real breakfast, not something out of a baggie. Think I'll plant my flower box this morning, if the temperature climbs out of the low 50's. Brrr. Life is really good! ;>
I call my big Winnie Pooh, Pooh Bear, all sorts of things. She Is so wonderful. She Is stretching out right now, telling me, we need to go outside. Have a WONDERFUL day.
Good afternoon, Toad! Hope this day finds you well. Winnie is so lucky to have someone who cares for her as much as you do! I went out and did the initial dig. It is just too cool and overcast to do the planting. Besides... it looks like some additional chipmunks have been around digging more holes. The beasts!
