Morning! Going to be a blistering hot one here...97 degrees. Where our house is located, it never gets that hot, but in the valleys, whew! Have a good one.
We are not enjoying the heat either. Storms predicted today though which will be nice. Hubby bought a new little tv and some antenna's so my morning routine is back to normal. I love that man.
And in other Debbie Downer news, our garden is a bust this year. The only thing that came out good was the new potatoes. The asparagus bottomed out and the green beans got hit by some bug. So far only one tomato. So, when the fall hits the asparagus will be covered in new dirt and will be fed and the green bean patch will be cleaned up as well. I guess I'll be hitting the farmers market on Saturday.
Technology crisis last night at midnight. Went to bed, and as usual, grabbed my Kindle for a quick Words with Friends toss-back to my wordy friends, and my daily mental restoration ritual of 7 Little Words. The cloud app required an update. After the update, it was as if it did a factory reset. Everything new and shiny, but everything: apps, bookmarks, font sizing, etc..... GONE. I was up until 2 am with a stiff neck before I gave up. Got the Apps back and my cloud personal pictures. Still no bookmarks nor favorites; have to add them manually from memory, and memory can be a problem! This is the second or third time that an app update has gone fubar. Thanks, Amazon. NOT! Grrrrrr.
