Might be time for others to jump in and post a little bit, too??? My summer of leisure time is running out quickly! Yikes, feeling the new school year nerves!
So I'm very excited. I don't know if I mentioned... about a month or so ago, my Kindle decided to do some bad things when it did an app update. It basically did a factory reset. All my bookmarks, all my saved notes, data, pictures, etc. went "poof!" I was able to get some of my stuff back that had been saved to "the cloud." Much of my other stuff was gone. Well..... today, I decided to try to get it to function with the WPL (wisconsin public library) website. It was a tricky operation, even when things were pre-set. Long story short, I was able to put a book on hold (the 3rd in a trilogy) that I didn't even know was written. I can't wait to read the conclusion of the story! The best part is that I don't have to leave the house. They send me an email when it is available, I click, and a copy of it is on my device. Amazon will then let me borrow their better quality copy for FREE, for the designated time allotment. When time is up, they fetch it back. Fits right in with my laziness..... ;>
